As I was writing, I remember praying especially for the moms who would read these stories. I never wanted them to be more afraid. My hope was to remind us all to watch our children a little more closely and to pray hard for them. And to hold onto our heavenly Daddy's hand. I hope if you read the stories that's what touches you and stays with you and draws you closer to the Lord. Christy~ thank you! Your encouragement is so awesome! And also, WOW. I'm honored you walked the journey through this story with me and that it touched your heart deeply. That's such a high compliment. And very healing for my soul to know the author letter meant so much to you. Enduring Justice isn't an easy read, but it's been my prayer from the beginning to speak truth and hope and healing into even the dark places of life that many of us fear or have experienced. I pray the stories serve as a heartfelt reminder that God is faithful, even in the painful parts of life. There are so many things I want to say, Amy… first THANK YOU for this review. And also, WOW. I tend to shy away from books about child abduction, childhood deaths, etc. Just too painful to even consider. I may be checking this one out, though.
