Excellent photo and scripture!
Great post today!
Great verse! I have been studying the book of James – what a powerful book. Our tongues can get us into so much trouble but praise God is there to give us the victory!! Have a blessed WFW!
AAAAHHHHHhhhhhhh! A MOUSE! A MOUSE!
Oh wait!
*Gasping for breath*
It’s just an image on the computer, it can’t hurt me. It won’t hurt me.
Looks at image again.
AAAHHHHHH!! A MOUSE! A MOUSE!
Lol.
Yes…mice are wicked. Very wicked indeed and so are those who feel that our Father in Heaven does not see or hear what they do. In the end, we are all accountable for our words, our actions and our hearts, and it doesn’t matter where we are or what we do, our Father sees us.
I agree with Tammy. Our tongues are more sharper than tongue and though the words can sound like honey, may not carry words that are good for us.
Right now I’m reading 1 Corinthians as part of my daily bible reading and wow…talk about a powerful punch then I stumble on a blog that had this verse:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-24
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Do not cause anyone to stumble.” 1 Corinthians 10:31-32a
I like how the blogger pointed out, “Whatever you do” covers everything, and there is no place where we are really hidden…like that mouse.
*Shuddering*
Not really a big mouse lover here.
Where there’s mice…there’s snakes and yes, been wearing regular shoes lately….can run faster. LOL
Great WFW and very mindful. Now I need to clean my computer screen, lol.
Fantastic WFW.

lori

Oh what a verse! That was so me a few months ago. I hate to admit it words from my mouth were wicked, but I am Praising God that I have escaped the trap! Now I must continue on in that direction!
Thanks for your kind words. Life really has been a mess lately.
God bless,
Lisa
