Thanks for this verse. Yes, may I have that JOY restored, renewed and replenished especially during this holiday season. The world just has a way of always reaching in and grabbing, grabbing, grabbing …trying to snatch that beautiful joy and peace God would have us surrounded with in our daily walk with Him. At the end of every day, I want to tell myself as I lay my head down. “I walked with God today.” Love your verse choice today. and>>> WILLING obedience…not reluctant. That’s my heart’s goal. Wonderful verse and a great picture. The verse is so true especially for me right now.
“Willing and joyful obedience!” Why does the word obedience scare us so much? I guess we think we are giving up fun…when the truth is we’ll find the FREEDOM that we so desperately seek….
