WFW – Dec. 30
Welcome to the Home of Word-Filled Wednesday!
The purpose of Word filled Wednesday is to share God’s word (no famous quotes or other literature — only the beautiful word of our Father) through photo’s & a Bible verse!

Boy I woke up this morning with a really crummy attitude and I did this graphic last night. I was thinking how badly I failed at it.
Lord, help me to have your attitude (even when I don’t feel like it!). I do want to be more like you (even though I sure don’t show it!). I’m feeling desperate today.

That is just beautiful, Amydeanne, and really something to think about. Thank you. Blessings ~
This is one that always serves as a reminder for my children & as well as myself when we show attitudes that are not christ like.
Blessings,
Eevee
A beautiful graphic… and a challenge. Thanks for the gentle reminder… :~D

What would we do without His spirit in us, refining and making us more like Him each day? Beautiful.
When I have mornings like that I spend 10 minutes in prayer. It really seems to help me refocus.
Don’t forget the Jesus does not expect us to be perfect. He just expect us to try to be like him.
I pray that I may have the attitude, mind, and heart of Christ. Thanks for this beautiful WFW!
Good thoughts. I often need an attitude adjustment and need to be reminded. Happy WFW and Happy New Year.
Bless your heart Amy!! I’ve experienced this way too many times myself. Praying your day gets better and God’s grace will sustain you as you walk out the word He gave you.
Blessings to you and your family in the New Year ahead!
Don’t you love when God speaks a word to us BEFORE we even need it? Hope your day, and attitude, take a sweeping upturn. Enjoy!
I’ve discovered this many times as well, especially when I’m working on a Bible verse or lesson with my grandchildren. Then I end up getting convicted and learn new lessons as well.
And since I didn’t sleep well AND am babysitting, I’m especially appreciative of this good reminder today.
How is the little one in the hospital doing? Will keep praying
He’s doing better Kaye! Haven’t heard too much, so no news is good news! (at least in this case!)
Chelle, so true. so true. Too bad I didn’t listen better!!!
Great reminder that I need every day. Beautiful presentation as always.
Oh girl…this is tough for sure. I think it is amazing that we get it right sometimes. God is good to us…
Happy New Year to you and yours!!
Your right it is tough. I wrote something similar today about my New Years wish to think before I speak and act. Come by and see me.
BTW I am so glad your back. I like everything the old way. Change is difficult.
Have a Happy New Year.
Love,
Sherry
It’s funny cause this verse has been running through my head the last few weeks as well and I keep thinking that I totally fail at having the mind of Christ…sigh!
Happy New Year Amy!
Sweet blessings Amydeanne…May Christ break through that yucky attitude and replace it with His so your day is more complete & joyful! (Perhaps after that first caffeine boost?) Peaceful, beautiful photo and wonderful WORD! We all need to be reminded to have the attitude of Christ because that’s what others will notice! I pray that we have the mind, heart & attitude adjustment we need each morning as we see His mercies new and the aMazing Grace He gives us to get by…sigh…going for my adjustment now…in His WORD or on my knees! Thanks Amydeanne and it’s so nice to be home here at the 160acrewoods to end 2009! Happy New Year and may it be a blessed one!
It is pretty graphics and inspirational words….Mine is ready.
Something we should remember daily. Thank you for the reminder. It truly speaks to me this week as I have needed to be more Christlike. Happy New Year!
Beautiful picture for this convicting scripture….
